Our hearts are with people in the WNY area as well as those around the world who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. In light of recent developments relating to the Coronavirus, we wanted to reach out and provide an update to answer some of the questions you might have.
As a company, the Custom Carpet Center is closely monitoring the CDC and World Health Organization’s statements regarding COVID-19 cases and following guidelines set forth by these agencies and the local health departments. As of 5pm on Saturday, March 21st, our showrooms will be closed as mandated by NY government officials. With that, our retail stores and our corporate offices will be closed until further notice.
We also want to encourage you to take precautions during this time. Protect yourselves, your friends, your neighbors and your communities by following all federal guidelines.
Unfortunately, we will be extremely limited in our ability to assist you while we are under the Governor’s order to cease operations. After 5PM on Saturday, March 21st, you may call our main office number at 716-674-0678 and leave a voicemail in the general mailbox and, when we resume operations, will assist you in the order that those calls may come into us. We will attempt to keep you updated with more information as we are able. Any new information will be posted on our website.
In the meantime, please be safe and smart and know that your orders are safe with us. We will resume operations as soon as we are cleared to do so by government officials.
